At Garry's Bodega, we stand behind the quality of our lightweight luggage and travel gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:

• In their original, unused condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Free of signs of wear, damage, or modification

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@garrysbodega.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and return shipping address.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
4. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged Products

If your luggage arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Exceptions

• Items that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be returned
• Final sale items are not eligible for returns
• Gift cards are non-refundable

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.
